Following their maiden live appearances in 2023, including sets at Full Terror Assault Fest and Decibel Metal And Beer Fest, and a run of dates with Flesher, international black metal group\u00a0MORBIKON\u00a0<\/strong>brings the live mayhem into 2024 with a run of Spring tour dates with Early Moods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MORBIKON<\/strong>, the creative effort of guitarist\/bassist Phil \u201cLand Phil\u201d Hall (Municipal Waste, Cannabis Corpse, Iron Reagan), released their debut full-length Ov Mournful Twilight<\/em>, in 2022 via Tankcrimes. The project is guided by the second wave of Scandinavia\u2019s black metal and melodic death metal scenes of the \u201890s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MORBIKON<\/strong> and Early Moods will crush through the East Coast and Midwest states on the Kvlt And Roll tour running from March 26th through April 9th. Upon the tour\u2019s end, MORBIKON will return to the East Coast to perform at the Decibel Metal And Beer Pre-Fest in Philadelphia on April 11th with Undeath, Outer Heaven, and Houkago Grind Time. Additionally, MORBIKON<\/strong> will take part in the 2024 edition of the Milwaukee Metal Fest on May 18th, joining the likes of Mr. Bungle, Testament, Deicide, Possessed, Hatebreed, In Flames, and dozens of others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As with last year\u2019s shows, on the latest tour dates, Hall will be joined by drummer Dave Witte (Municipal Waste, Discordance Axis, Human Remains), guitarists Toby Swope (Psychosomatic) and Adam Guilliams (Cannabis Corpse), and in place of Finnish album vocalist Mathias Lillm\u00e5ns (Finntroll, \u2026And Oceans) original MORBIKON lyricist Quotidius will handle vocals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comments Hall, \u201cOne of the things I love most about extreme metal is how many different styles exist within the genre. I don\u2019t believe that being a fan of one style of metal immediately excludes you from liking the many other sub-genres. Blending different sounds can make for a very diverse and fun show. That\u2019s why MORBIKON<\/strong> is very excited to hit the road with Early Moods. A very talented band playing a very cool classic version of doom that reminds me of some of my favorite heavy bands. Their dark riffs will blend very well with MORBIKON<\/strong>\u2019s blackened attack. I think this tour will offer something for anyone that likes it evil and loud!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
